Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the UAE and wider GCC region for a fast-growing RegTech and tax-technology platform. The ideal candidate brings 5–15+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with large corporates in UAE/Saudi Arabia. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and renewals — engaging CFOs, CIOs, tax directors, and Legal stakeholders. The role demands consultative, value-based selling that translates complex regulatory mandates (UAE VAT, e-invoicing 2026–27, ZATCA in Saudi) into clear business outcomes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where ownership, pipeline-building from zero, and end-to-end strategy execution are essential. Strong experience selling SaaS, ERP integrations, compliance automation, or financial software is required, with bonus weight for prior tenure at ERP/tax vendors such as Thomson Reuters, SAP, Oracle, or leading GCC players. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage, as is visible thought-leadership on e-invoicing or RegTech topics. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role for a consultative seller passionate about digital transformation in finance and compliance.
Requirements
1. 5–15+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or account management experience
2. Proven full sales cycle ownership from prospecting through closing and renewals
3. Demonstrable enterprise client wins in UAE, Saudi, or wider GCC markets
4. Experience selling SaaS, ERP integrations, RegTech, VAT, e-invoicing, or compliance automation solutions
5. Strong CXO-level engagement skills with CFOs, CIOs, tax directors, and Legal stakeholders
6. Consultative, value-based selling approach with high-impact presentation/demo skills
7. Quantifiable track record of exceeding revenue targets, securing new logos, and recurring revenue
8. Comfort operating in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with ownership mindset
Desirable
1. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
2. Prior experience at ERP/tax software vendors such as Thomson Reuters, SAP, Oracle, or local GCC players
3. Familiarity with UAE VAT, e-invoicing 2026–27 mandates, or ZATCA Saudi regulations
4. Industry event speaking experience or active thought-leadership content on e-invoicing/RegTech
5. Existing CXO network across Finance, IT, and Compliance functions in the GCC
